Designed for event planners such as wedding planner, catering planner, party planner, festival planner and other event managers and organizers, this event planning invoice template provides an easy and quick way for creating invoices and bills.
This invoice format for event management company was created based on c5002 "One Tax Column, No Shipping Address". This revisited spreadsheet now has a "Description" field next to the "Bill To" section. The "Description" field is named "oknNotes", which is formatted to how multiple lines of text by enabling "wrap text" cell format in Excel.
The "Tax" column on this template isn't a custom field. The cell values on this column are calculated using a formula like this:
And on the bottom of the sheet form, the total of tax is calculated using this formula:
Each cell on the "Tax" column has a "Taxable" box attached. If you check this box, Excel calculates tax for the current item; otherwise, it is seen as non-taxable. For more variants on taxing, visit our tax invoice samples.
The other two columns, "Hour" and "Rate/Hour", were originally titled with "Quantity" and "Unit Price". So this is too one of the sample invoices for hours and hourly rate.
