This invoice template designed for New Zealand (NZ) lumber company has 24 columns and custom fields for lumbering business, such as "Customer O/N", "SLC Ref No.", "Freight Details", and "Tally" etc.

By design, this template assuming your logo image includes company name and address information, so we put the text name and address cells outside of the printable invoice form. If you don't such a logo, simply move the fields into the printable section to replace the default logo image placeholder.
This spreadsheet form has two drop-down lists created using Excel "Data Valuation" feature. See c4062 Simple Tax Invoice Sample with Tax Rate List for another example on using drop-down list on Excel sheets.
The first drop-down list shows freight details. The data source of this list is located on $AE$19:$AE$24, featuring items like "PBT Transport", "Northern Southland Tspt", "Summerland Transport", "Seaton Couriers", "NZ Couriers" and "Waikaka Freight".
The second drop-down list applies to the "Tally" column defined on the invoice detail section, featuring items like "RL", "PRL", "SL", "CSL", "CTL(E)", "CTL(O)".
The "Quantity (LM)" column was calculated using Excel array formula, like this:
