How to Use

Assuming you have downloaded and installed Uniform Invoice Software:

  1. Download Five Price Levels (Service, Amount, Custom Column). Double-click the downloaded file to extract all files.
  2. Open the template "five-price-levels-service-amount-custom.xls" or "five-price-levels-service-amount-custom-uis.xlsx" with Microsoft Excel.
  3. Click "Design Mode" on the "Invoice" Excel ribbon tab to put it into design mode.
  4. Enter your business information and replace the default logo image to make it your own. (How?)
  5. Click "Design Mode" again to exit design mode.
  6. Create invoice (tutorial movie)!

This seventh sample in the multiple-price or multiple-discount serial has no shipping fields in the printable section, and the prices are set in amount (instead of percentage).

You may wonder why this service invoice template has a "color" column as "color" seems not suitable for service, but should be used with products.
