This form adds a cartoon image of a thinking head (the creative man) as the background (i.e., a watermark).
This form is based on Sales Invoice Template 2 (c2001).
The watermark cartoon image was originally a PNG image. The opacity of the image was set to 10% using Adobe Photoshop.
This template shows two taxes by default. The tax formulas are modified so that they do not take account of the "Taxable" properties. For example, the first tax is calculated using a formula like this:
=ROUND(IF(oknTaxType=0,0, oknTax1Rate*(oknSubTotal+IF(oknTaxTotalIncludingShippingCost=0,0,oknShippingCost))),2)
This form simplifies the tax calculation by assuming all items are taxable.
