Without database file. How to download and use
Download this if you have already installed IMFE, and are looking for additional customized templates; or if you want a template for Invoice Manager (Lite).
Download this sponsorship invoice template in Excel spreadsheet format free of charge. Edit it to make it meet your details, and issue invoices in email-able PDF format or print hard copies.
This is a general invoice sample, which means the template could be used by many entities like individuals, sport teams, philanthropy organization, music events etc. The template has only one column of the "Description" fields, where you can write down anything you think necessary to be put on the invoice, like any contract, agreement, marketing plan, sponsorship level description. As detailed on How To Get Your Sponsorship Invoices Paid On Time, it is necessary to make everything as clear as possible.
This template is a direct successor of c1007 Artist Receipt. The number of fields and their locations remain the same. The most important changes are the wording of the sponsorship invoice form, i.e. change "Receipt#" to "Invoice#", and change "Clinet" to "Sponsor" etc. The usual "Thank you for your business" on the bottom of the form is also changed to "Thank you for your support."
Like other form designs here on InvoicingTemplate.com, General Sponsor Invoice Sample in Excel is free (offered to you at a price of 0.00USD). It works on Windows XP and all newer versions of Windows, and Excel 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 or 2019.
