This is a general invoice sample. The template could be used by many entities, like individuals, sports teams, philanthropic organizations, music events, etc. The template has only one column of "Description" fields, where you can write down anything you think is necessary to be put on the invoice, like any contract, agreement, marketing plan, or sponsorship level description.
This template is based on Artist Receipt (c1007).
