If you are a production assistant, camera operator, videographer, video editor, music producer, or have any filmmaking related jobs, doing it as a freelancer, independent contractor or incorporated company, this PA invoice template helps you create attractive invoice in no time.
This template defines all the required fields of a valid invoice on the spreadsheet form, such as your own business information, "invoice#" and "invoice date", a "Bill To" section, payment term, tax and totals. There are also 2 special fields that don't appear on general invoices - "Requisition #" and "Work Order #". They are two custom fields defined in the "InvHdr" database table.
The default tax rate of this template is set to 8%. You need to change the tax rate depending on where you are. For example, in California the current statewide base sales and use tax rate is 7.50 percent - visit California Taxpayers Association for more information. To change the tax name and rate, click "Settings", and then go to the "Taxes" tab. Next, fill in tax names and rates, and then click "Apply".
