  • Make sure the "Database Table" list shows "Customers", and then click "Add Field". The "Add New Custom Field" dialog box appears.
  • Enter VATRegNumber in the "Field Name" box, select "Text" as the "Type", Enter "50" into the "Size" box. Click OK to create the custom field.
  • Click "Close" to close the "Custom Field Manager" dialog box.
  • Now you have successfully create a custom field named VATRegNumber. To map this field to the Excel layout, use cell names. In this sample, the field VATRegNumber map to cell named oknVATRegNumber. That is, add the prefix "okn" to the field name.
