Just like c7007 Subscription Invoice Template, this Magazine Subscription Invoice Template has 7 columns including Start Month and End Month. It differs from c7007 in several ways like sales tax etc.
c7007 Subscription Invoice Template does not have a tax set by default. You can change the tax settings of c7007 subscription invoice form, by simply clicking the "Settings" button and then the "Taxes" tab.
The subscription invoice form could be used in many ways - not only subscription of magazines. If your products or services are provided within a certain time period only - for example hosting of web site, e-learning, e-magazines etc., you can use this template to clearly shown the valid time period to your customers.
Both the "Start Month" and "End Month" are define as "Date" in the underlying database table "InvBdy". However on the Microsoft Excel worksheet, they are formatted to show only the year and month of a date.
In case you need to show the whole dates in the "Start Month" and "End Month" columns, simply change the number format of those cells.
Like other form designs here on InvoicingTemplate.com, Magazine Subscription Invoice Template is free (offered to you at a price of 0.00USD). It works on Windows XP and all newer versions of Windows, and Excel 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016.

The template c5009 offers a sample for creating a sales invoice template that supports multiple price levels. This invoice template c5113 is an updated version of c5009. Here we implement a drop-down list for you to choose a price level on creating invoices.
With this business invoice template you can assign each customer a specific discounting rate. This rate is saved with other customer information such as street address and email. On creating invoices if you choose a customer, its discount level / rate is retrieved and applied too.
