The default template has 12 lines on one page. This sample template shows you a customized invoice layout that has 36 lines on two pages.
All templates here on InvoicingTemplate.com are created from the default template shipped with Uniform Invoice Software setup program. While the format and layout look very different between the templates, most of them are printable on a single page (or even 1/2 page, also see 5.5 X 8.5 - 2 Invoices On One Template). However some businesses requires more lines on each invoice, for example a store or limited company selling auto parts.
Uniform Invoice Software is able to handle this type of multiple-page invoices. This feature is even implemented since very early versions of Excel Invoice Manager (the former name of Uniform Invoice Software).
This invoice template is based on the default invoice template shipped with Uniform Invoice Software, which is our desktop invoice software which runs offline (without the requirement of an online Internet connection). This template includes 36 lines on the invoice body section, and is printable with 2 pages of standard 8.5 X 11 inch letter paper. This invoicing format is a "Sales Invoice Template", as it contains the "Shipping Address" section, it also added 3 custom fields on the bottom of the form to calculate labor hours and expense. The template shows only one tax on the bottom of the form - to change this tax option / layout, go to Uniform Invoice Software Settings window / Taxes tab and set your preferences easily.

This Excel Invoicing Template contains 84 lines on the invoice detail section and is printable on 4 pages of standard A4 paper. It also contains fields that are required on general sales invoices such as invoice#, invoice date, client details, shipping details, P.O.#, sales rep. name, payment term etc.
This parts & labor invoice template in Excel spreadsheet format divides the invoice detail section into two parts, one for labor where the calculation of line totals is based on hours and rate; the another section for parts and materials, where line total calculation are based on price and quantity.
This free sample invoice template in Excel format demonstrates how to add a remittance slip to the bottom of an existing invoicing template. The remittance slip / letter is printable with the invoice, so that the customer can be detached and sent along with the check.
