This is a revised version of the Consulting Invoice Template (1st Sample of Customization) (c4016). It is a lightweight, basic billing template that is suitable for both hourly-rate and project-based billing.
As you can see from the screenshots, we've removed many colored blocks from the sheet. This makes the form look simple and clean. If you are a professional advisor, such as a counselor, accountant, or IT expert, you may like this form design.
The template has five columns in the detail section. If you bill for hours worked, simply change the column headings from "QTY" and "Unit Price" to "Hours" and "Rate". See invoice templates for hours worked (c5022) for another example.
