This free bricklaying invoice template itemize the cost of materials and labor on two separate sections. Each section has its own tax rate and calculating formulas. It also features a bricklayer cartoon image that shows intuitively what your business is.

If you are in the constructionc or masonry industry, your services may not limited to building houses. You may also help to beautify client's yard and landscape, etc. This billing form is suitable for all these situations.

On the top of the sheet, your business name, address and contact details are right-aligned, leaving space for the bricklayer image. Under that is the required fields, "invoice#" and "invoice date". If you use Invoice Manager for Excel (namely Uniform Invoice Software), a unique invoice# number will be generated automatically when you choose to save an invoice, see automatic invoice numbering for more information on this. The invoice date could also be filled by Invoice Manager for Excel (namely Uniform Invoice Software) when you click "Clear & New".

The "Bill To" and "Location" fields enables you to detail both the client name and service location name on the form. For example, if you're invoicing for an outdoor project, such as retaining walls, barbecue pits, borders or low walls along flowerbeds and beautiful brick walkways, the additional service locations fields enables you to record the working address that is differ from client's billing address.

On the "Services" section, the 4 columns are titled with "Details", "Rate", "Hours" and "Amount"; on the "Parts and Materials" section, the columns are titled with "Details", "Price", "Quantity" and "Amount". If you charge only for hours worked, see invoice template for hourly work for more samples. All the itemized lines on this template have Excel formulas assigned, so that you don't have to do calculations manually, even without installing Invoice Manager for Excel (namely Uniform Invoice Software). This is a big benefit of Excel invoice templates than Word-formatted bill templates.

The bricklayer cartoon image is printable, which means it is included on both the printed hard-copy, and on the PDF invoice sent using email.

Like other form designs here on, Bricklaying Bill Form is free (offered to you at a price of 0.00USD). It works on Windows XP and all newer versions of Windows, and Excel 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 or 2019.
