This form is designed for landscaping, garden, and lawn care services. It is also suitable for renting and selling fiberglass planters and artificial trees and plants.

This template has six columns: "#/Taxable", "Description", "Quantity", "Unit Price", "%Discount", and "Line total".
It allows you to specify a discount percentage for each item. The "Line total" is calculated using a formula like this:
=ROUND ( oknQuantity_1 * oknPrice_1 * ( 1- oknItemDiscount_1 ),2)
The "Item number" field supports in-cell lookup, which means you can enter a short code into the cell to retrieve the corresponding description and unit price. The "Taxable" boxes allow you to control whether each item is taxable. Each "Taxable" box is linked to a hidden Excel cell.
