This is a free basic service template that includes only general fields common and required to almost all invoices. The blank invoicing form contains no sample data. It calculates two taxes automatically using Excel formulas.

Basic Blank Service Billing Format (No-tax, Long Description) is a general purpose, service-oriented invoicing template that includes two editable columns (Description, Amount) and up to 5 items on the invoice detail section. Each row allows you to enter multiple lines of text.
This service invoice template offers a basic and blank invoicing form that is able to do auto calculation of one-tax. It has two editable columns. The invoice detail section allows to fill up to 5 items.
This is the fourth template in our blank sales invoice template serial. With this customized format we reduce the lines on the invoice body so that each line accepts a longer product description.
With this sample template, the base template is customized to show one tax (sales tax) on the bottom of the printable form. The tax amount is calculated using Excel formulas.
This simple blank template has two taxes on the bottom of the printable form identified by the Print_Area Excel range name. The detail section allows up to 6 products / items.
Standard fields are those that already created in the default database file shipped with Uniform Invoice Software (UIS), as opposed to custom fields (i.e. user-defined fields) which you should create yourself. This template demonstrates how to change the definition of standard fields.
