This template is designed for freelancers, solopreneurs, and those who are self-employed. It is a variant of the Parts and Labor Invoice Format (c4071).
There is a "Total amount payable" section at the bottom of the form, which calculates the total amount payable based on the amount payable for service and the amount payable for goods and parts. The formula looks like this:
