This template is all-purpose and appropriate for various business models. Both a "Bill To" and a "Ship To" section are present. The invoice body has five columns: Product Number, Description, Quantity, Price, and Line Total.
Excel formulas are used to automatically calculate the Subtotal, Tax 1, Tax 2, Total, and Total Due at the bottom of the form. All of the tax rates, names, payments, and shipping costs are editable.
